Millefleurs Tapestry on loan to Compton Verney
We are pleased to announce that this Spring our magnificent Millefleurs Tapestry with the coat of arms and initials of Christine de Lechy, Flemish, Bruges, second quarter 16th century, before 1548, will be on loan to the Compton Verney. The work will be showcased in the Northern European Gallery.
The loan will coincide with the museum's exhibition: Cranach: Artist and Innovator, which opens on 14 March for three months to 14 June 2020.
UPDATE: Exhibition and loan now extended to 3 January 2021.
